Start with messages that need a decision or action. Keep informational mail, items to revisit and handled conversations separate. Mail without a current assessment stays in To review. Your decisions take precedence; suggestions are not a guarantee that every important message has been found.
Personal memory across your workspace
Save a project, role, preference or useful detail in My context. If you allow learning from received and sent mail, CAPAX can propose memories with supporting email excerpts. Confirm or edit each proposal before it is used. Reviewed memory can inform attention, weekly planning and contextual replies within your account.
Follow-through you approve
Capture a commitment yourself or ask CAPAX to find a possible follow-up in an email. Review the source, edit the next step and approve it before tracking. Keep your own next steps and items waiting on others in view, with due dates, check-ins and replies on tracked conversations. Tracking never sends a message or completes the commitment for you.
Week Ahead
See dated commitments and check-ins alongside your connected calendar. Optional AI briefing can help explain the available context. Calendar access is optional; CAPAX commitments remain useful on their own. Undated commitments stay in Follow-through.
Replies with the context you choose
Tell CAPAX what you want to say, then choose the saved details you are comfortable including in a contextual reply. Nothing in that selection is included automatically. Review and edit the result. Changing the instructions or selected details marks the previous draft out of date. AI output can be wrong.
Your Gmail accounts, together
Connect multiple Gmail accounts, search synced conversations, manage labels, archive, star and mark mail as read. Save Gmail drafts, send messages or schedule delivery. Scheduled sending depends on an active connection and the CAPAX service; use Outbox to review delivery issues.
AI is a choice
Mail tools and manual commitments work without paid AI calls. AI processing, background analysis and learning have separate permissions, with availability and allowances set by your pilot plan. Shared-memory and contextual-reply features require an eligible plan and AI permission. No payments are enabled in the current pilot.
Desktop and mobile web
Use CAPAX in a desktop or mobile browser. Supported browsers can add it to the home screen. Native desktop and mobile apps are planned; app-store availability and offline mail are not part of this pilot.
